At BRANE, I led the UI/UX team in transforming a visionary concept, powered by groundbreaking technology, into a functional platform rooted in the natural flow of spoken language. This product delivered intuitive experiences inspired by actions like reading, writing, and scribbling, catering to three key personas: Citizen Developers, transactional users, and admins. The NSL platform’s UX allowed Citizen Developers to build solutions using natural language sentences, drag-and-drop functionalities for analytics, blockchain, and ML models, and annotate functions for streamlined configuration. Leveraging atomic design principles, the UX enabled granular customisation of data types, task/event templates, and widgets for AI models. For admins, the UX simplified onboarding and configuration of platform adaptors, ensuring a cohesive experience across web and mobile. This robust platform empowered developers to create fast, scalable solutions while providing highly customisable user-centric experiences. With 16 years in B2C communication and 4 years in SaaS and B2B services, I bring extensive service delivery expertise, living by the principle “Never Miss a Deadline.” I have guided teams through timelines ranging from 3-day turnarounds to 2-month development cycles, delivering exceptional outcomes aligned with business needs and client expectations.
